They are known for their extensive touring and intense, enthusiastic live shows. They are named after the real town Defiance, Ohio. The band features a violin, cello, and double bass."
Michael Jordan Touchdown pass is Michael Schneeweis' band from Marlboro.
The Ill Wind Ensemble is adding special guest Ben James on percussion, along with the usual culprits Kevin Moreau, Charlie Schneeweis (father of Michael) and myself, on the usual assortment of sarangi, trumpet, bagpipes, reedpipes, recorders, shawm, clarinet, homemades and toys.
